Sales Manager
Daniella Rico brings over a decade of diverse marine industry experience to her role at Bonita Boat Center. With a strong background in customer service, operations, warranty management, marketing, and finance, Daniella is uniquely equipped to lead the sales team and guide customers through every stage of the boat-buying journey.
As the Sales Manager, Daniella specializes in building lasting customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and ensuring each client finds the perfect boat to match their lifestyle. Her extensive knowledge of financing options, warranties, and extended protection packages allows her to provide a seamless and personalized experience—helping customers make confident decisions while enhancing their overall ownership journey.
Greg Libutti
Closing Coordinator
Greg Libutti is the Closing Coordinator at Bonita Boat Center and brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the marine industry, along with 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. Before joining the team, Greg worked aboard a variety of vessels as a first mate, traveling extensively along the East Coast and throughout the islands, gaining valuable knowledge of boating operations and life on the water. His combined background in marine and automotive sales and customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction help ensure a smooth and seamless closing experience for every customer at Bonita Boat Center.
Brad “Kiwi” Skelton
Broker / Sales Consultant
Brad “Kiwi” Skelton, originally from New Zealand and now a Naples resident of 14 years, has spent his life in the marine industry, earning his commercial captain’s license over 26 years ago. With decades of hands-on experience operating vessels of all sizes, Brad brings a deep knowledge and steady leadership to the BoatJunkie team. Now a licensed yacht broker, he is passionate about guiding clients through every step of the buying or selling process, building lasting relationships, and helping others enjoy life on the water.
Justin Pavey
Licensed Broker
Justin Pavey, a Naples, Florida native, brings over 12 years of experience in the luxury service industry, supported by a strong background in marine management and client relations. He is a licensed yacht broker and U.S. Coast Guard–licensed captain.
Now serving as a broker with Bonita Boat Center, Justin specializes in guiding clients through the buying and selling process with a direct, detail-oriented approach. His focus is delivering a seamless, professional experience from initial consultation through closing.
Shelley Shue
Sales Consultant
For Shelley, selling boats is more than a job—it’s a lifestyle rooted in real-world experience. Known online as the “Yamahama Mama,” she’s built a loyal following by educating boaters on safety and fun, and now brings that same energy to Bonita Boat Center. With a strong marine background, she goes beyond specs to explain how a boat truly performs, helping clients find the right fit whether it’s a Regulator or Sea Hunt. A former top-producing sales consultant and Automotive General Manager, Shelley combines business discipline with on-water expertise to deliver a seamless, transparent buying experience—always guided by her “Education First” approach so you feel just as confident behind the helm as you do signing the deal.

Bilingual Sales Consultant
Alex Medina brings a lifelong passion for the ocean and more than 20 years of professional experience to his role as a bilingual Boat Sales Consultant. His unique background combines a deep appreciation for boating and fishing with a strong commitment to customer service, allowing him to connect with clients and help them find the perfect vessel for their lifestyle.
After graduating as a Registered Nurse in Cuba in 1987, Alex spent over two decades in the medical field, where he developed exceptional communication skills and a people-first approach to every interaction. Following his lifelong connection to the water, he transitioned into the marine industry, turning his passion into a career. Today, Alex is dedicated to providing a personalized, knowledgeable, and enjoyable buying experience for both first-time boat owners and seasoned boaters alike.
Jenny Hitch
Sales Consultant
Jenny Hitch is a Sales Associate at Bonita Boat Center, driven by a lifelong passion for the ocean and boating lifestyle. When she’s not helping clients find the perfect marine equipment, she enjoys spending time on the water, fishing, and embracing every opportunity for adventure.
Before joining Bonita Boat Center, Jenny served as a Parts Manager at a leading marine dealership, where she developed extensive expertise in marine parts, systems, and technical operations. That experience provided her with a deep understanding of the products she represents and helped her build strong, lasting customer relationships that consistently earned five-star reviews.
Today, Jenny brings that same dedication, attention to detail, and customer-first approach to every client interaction. Whether working with experienced boaters or first-time buyers, she is committed to providing knowledgeable guidance, exceptional service, and a passion for boating that helps customers make the most of their time on the water.
