Parts and Service are AWESOME!!! I didn't buy my boat there, but I wish I had. I explained the parts and service issues where I bought my boat, and my situation (not being in Florida) and they were happy to help... no questions asked. I'm an active duty service member, therefore my boat boat and I are both out of state, but that didn't matter. Cam and Hunter went out of their way to get parts shipped to me just as fast as they could get them in from Jeanneau. And that's no easy task since almost all of them have to come from Europe. Cam stayed on top of things and kept pressing to get them in and was always good to give an update even when I didn't ask for one. He also tried to give me a break on price and shipping whenever he could. I don't have the words to express my gratitude to these guys. When I'm in town to visit family I'll always drop by to say hello. Thank you so much. Keep up the great work!!

The surfgate on my Malibu and my ignition stopped working within weeks of each other. Due to low water levels, I couldn’t get my boat out either to bring it in for service. But, they sent Fred out and he was able to get everything working!!! We are so happy!!!

Joe the owner, Nick the salesperson, Jason G and his crew in Service, and Captain Eddie who took me out for our seaworthy trial, delivered the boat, and patiently walked through it with my wife and I leaving no detail overlooked on what is a fairly complicated boat made this first time boat owners experience amazing. For those that have boating experience, that undoubtedly is helpful. Without any experience, the team gave me advice, what to modify, taught me how to park, how to treat the hull, how to treat hardware and every detail imaginable. Heck they stored the boat on their lot for 5 months and refused to charge me while I waited for my new lift to be installed. I would give this crew all the credit in the world for taking me from nothing to having some confidence. They still keep in touch with me and check on how I’m doing. If you are looking for a boat…start there. If you have no experience, don’t worry. They will take care of you. And for those with experience some of the models they carry are AMAZING. Excellent Experience!

We got a brand new 2023 Crest and it is absolutely amazing!! We can't believe how quiet the motor is. The seats are so plush and easy to clean. Too many extras to mention them all. We had such an easy experience working with the team at BBC. Helping us from our boat that was totaled during Ian through the process of deciding on a new boat. We literally could not be happier.

We had the BEST experience ever! The contact with everyone was excellent. The boat we bought is beautiful and has so much to offer for an amazing trip out for the day. This is the quietest motor and the speed is fast enough to enjoy without needing a seatbelt, lol. Seriously, The sound system and lights to the speakers is of the best quality.The seats are super soft and so easy to clean. We added extension poles and thrusters and it already has an electric bimini. I love the feature of a spot for a cooler too. We had another boat with BBC and know already first hand that the service is top notch. We will always be a BBC customer and you should too!

I drove to Bonita Boat Center from Punta Gorda “to look!” However, I was met with so much professionalism initially from Parker (a natural talent) and furthermore, from Jarrod, Daniella, Jason, and Danielle. About six years ago I purchased from them a preowned, 17 foot Boston whaler. I am a seasonal resident and I had no way to launch and haul the boat every year. They told me that they would be more than happy to do that for me whereas other Boat dealers said I would have to find someone else to do it. Long story short, I look forward to my boating season in Naples every year because Bonita Boat Center cares about their customers long after the sale is made.

I recently purchased a 2022 23 Ft. NauticStar 250 HP from Bonita Boat Center. From discussion to sale to delivery, everything was outstanding. The orientation process was fantastic and I was truly impressed by everyone involved in the process. Thank You Bonita Boat Center!!!

Was greeted by Nick one of the sales reps. We walked a boat for about 30 minutes. He was able to answer every question I asked about the boat. Was not pressured to move forward. Inside was extremely clean and well laid out. As we entered the building Nick offered me a bottle of water. Very happy with my experience.

I called them in August thinking about buying a new boat but then decided to buy a used boat. I provided them with the type of boat I was interested in and in February they called me as they received a boat that match what I was looking for. The boat was in Great condition except the batteries were dead. They did a maintenance inspection and replaced them and we took it for a sea trial, all went well. The process from start to finish went smoothly. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable to work with from Danielle, who matched us with the boat, Brad our salesperson, Capt. Eddie gave us a informative sea trial and Daniella closed the deal. If you are looking for a boat I highly recommend calling them they took great care of us and I’m sure they will do the same for you.

Great experience at Bonita Boat Center - My new Monterey was delivered clean, fully gassed and complete with all the required safety gear. My salesperson Brad was very helpful and followed up with me after the purchase. Closing with Daniella was effortless and professional. The sea trial with Capt Eddie was professional and very instructive. The seas were rough and I wouldn't have made it home via the intercoastal before dark so he arranged for a 2nd trial and delivery at a dock closer to home. During delivery the next week (my delay not theirs) Capt Eddie took the time to give my wife on water instruction and become comfortable with the boat. He also gave us great tips on suggested maintenance and recommendations on which products to clean and protect the boat. Great service guys - Thanks!

Last fall, after looking at boats at dozens of dealers, I had about had it. I was completely confused about what I wanted and really needed. Then I walked into Bonita Boat Center and quickly ran into salesman Brad. He was the 1st salesman to actually attempt to figure out what I was looking for. We went over all kinds of things about what I wanted and didn't. Then, Brad introduced me to the Head of Sales, Jarrod, who helped even more. The 2 of them knew exactly what I wanted and needed....The Regulator 26xo. They had one on the lot and I absolutely loved it, but it wasn't quite the one I wanted, so we jumped on the computer and designed the exact boat for me. After a couple of months, my boat showed up at Bonita Boat Center. Greatest day of my life. It's been a year and I still can't thank Brad and Jarrod enough for all of their help. It's the absolute perfect boat for me and I couldn't love it more. It really doesn't stop there either. The service department crew is beyond amazing. Every time I've had an issue, Gage has returned my call within minutes and follows through until every single thing is perfect. Then there's Wyatt, who's driven to my house to fix a few things right at my dock. I'm not kidding. Just incredible. All in all, I've never met a team, from sales to service, that's this customer focused. Best group of people I've ever met. I now consider all of them family.

Just purchased a 2020 Monterey 275SS and couldn’t be any happier with our entire experience at Bonita Boat Center! Bought a Parker 2510 from them in October '19, went very smoothly. This week, got my 20 hour service done on the boat, twin Yamaha 200's. BBC picked the boat up at my marina, did the service, checked other items under warranty and promptly returned it to my marina within 48 hours. Just wanted to say THANK YOU to the guys who helped me out the other day! While I am not a customer of the Bonita Boat Center, I can attest to the character of the employees as well as the service manager, Paul Zettel. Last weekend my car broke down on the bridge next to their business. It was 98 degrees outside and I was waiting for it to get towed. Luckily the guys at BBC saw me and drove over to invite me inside to get out of the heat. They gave me water, a phone charger, and asked if there was anything else I need. They were SO NICE and willing to help out. It ended up being another hour before the tow truck came and I am so grateful they gave me a nice air conditioned place to wait it out. They are incredibly personable and kind! Thanks again! 😊

Purchased new Crest Tri-hull Pontine with 350hp Mercury and new trailer. Came to pick up boat but there were issues with the Trailer which should be dealt with by this Wednesday. Good service and get ready. Hopefully will pick up Wednesday. Happy so far.

Lots of nice boats

We bought a new boat from them in December of 2018. We live in Punta Gorda and their dealership is about 50 minutes away by car. They had the best price for the size of boat we were looking for with the options we wanted. We had looked at a lot of boats from Venice, Florida and south to Bonita Beach. We wanted something about 24-25 feet long with a head and Bimini. We also wanted a boat that handled well in rough seas. Also, they offered to come and pick the boat up at our house for routine service. The first two pickups of the boat are free. Since we had downsized from a 37 foot sailboat we needed a lot of information on transitioning to a power boat. For the 20 hour checkup they came to our house, got the boat off the lift, took it to a ramp, hauled it out, transported it, serviced the boat and returned it to our lift in Punta Gorda. We are extremely pleased with the sales and service they provided. They have owners and employees that are focused on keeping customers happy. if you are in the market for a new boat, go see everyone else and then go see them. Oh, I forgot to mention. We bought a NauticStar 243 DC. DC stands for dual console.

Jeff Starkman helped me through the process remotely, taking pictures and being very responsive to every question I had. Everything was done remotely until I came in for a test drive with Captain Scott Bechtol. His boat knowledge of every single area of the boat was so hepful. He was patient and not pushy. We were sold on the boat but even more so on the experience. Great outfit and great people!
